Join us for a transformative week of healing, connection, and deep inner work through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and the sacred power of plant medicine, all held at the serene Nereus Retreat Center on the coast of Costa Rica.
The Intention
This retreat is for soul-led humans who are ready to deepen their connection to Self energy — the innate compassion, curiosity, clarity, calm, and creativity that live within each of us.
If you're drawn to inner exploration, sacred journey work, and embodied healing, you're warmly invited.
Set in the lush, vibrant jungles and magical beaches of Costa Rica, this location offers a sacred space to reconnect with nature and your own inner wisdom.
Together, we’ll cultivate Self energy through IFS-informed practices and gently release the burdens and blocks that keep you from embodying Self energy more fully in daily life.
All parts of the retreat are optional and we encourage you to listen deeply to your parts throughout the experience.

Your Facilitators
We’re Lauren and Robyn — friends, collaborators, and fellow travelers on the healing path. This retreat is born out of our shared love for Internal Family Systems (IFS), sacred medicine, nature, and the kind of connection that allows people to soften into their true selves.
We’re both committed to embodied healing — not just as practitioners, but as people. We’ve experienced firsthand how powerful it is to release old burdens, reclaim creativity and playfulness, and live with more presence, clarity, and joy. It’s from that lived experience that we hold space for others.
Between us, we bring backgrounds in reiki, astrology, IFS, somatic work, education, and sacred ceremony.
We care deeply about creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported as they reconnect with their Self energy and the natural world.

$3,000 for private room with shared bath / $3,333 for private room with private bath
Includes: Accommodations, meals, group sessions, ceremony, all retreat programming, and airport transfer
